Trumpet Hymns and Fanfares

Description

Enhance your congregational singing with a trumpet fanfare! This collection offers thirty-eight hymn tunes designed to be performed by up to three trumpet players. Each hymn opens with a fanfare, which can also be used as an interlude. For the stanzas, the melody and two festive countermelodies are provided and can be played in any combination. If resources allow, these selections may be expanded for performance by a brass sextet with the addition of “Trombone Hymns and Fanfares,” also by Douglas Smith. Keyboard and congregational parts not included. One copy required per performer.
